Booking Process
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website by clicking "Book Now", selecting your service, date, and time, and completing your customer information. You can also WhatsApp or call us directly.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 60 days in advance. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes! You can book on behalf of someone else. Just enter their name and phone number in the "Notes" section, or contact us directly.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with your appointment details and booking reference number.
Payment Information
What is the booking charge?
A 30% booking charge is required to secure your appointment. For example, if a service costs GH₵200, you pay GH₵60 to book, and the remaining GH₵140 at your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paystack (mobile money, credit/debit cards) for online booking charges, and cash payment at the time of your appointment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! Online payments are processed through Paystack, a secure and PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance (70% of the service price) is payable on the day of your appointment before or after the service.
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking through your Customer Dashboard. Please note our cancellation policy below.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund of the booking charge. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the booking charge.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule through your dashboard or by contacting us. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before your appointment.
Service Policies
How long do I need to arrive before my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure we can begin on time.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
For nail services: remove any existing nail polish if possible. For wig services: come with your natural hair clean and braided/laid flat.
Do you offer group bookings?
Yes! We love group bookings for events, birthdays, and bridal parties. Contact us via WhatsApp for group rates and availability.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please let us know during or immediately after your service, and we will do our best to make it right.
